I wish you all the best in this New Year. I wish you the very best that life has to offer, I wish you the very best of your heart desires coming true.

Heaven will smile on you; God will uplift you beyond your imagination and open doors of opportunity that you will never miss. God will make you a wonder and testimony of his unending mercies.

God will direct your path……God’s word says in Isaiah 42:16 “And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them”

God will anoint you and cause your blessings to overflow. Friends, neighbours and enemies will call you “blessed”, “anointed” and “the chosen of the Lord”.  For God’s word has declared in 1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light”

Proverbs 16: 7 “When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him”

Everyday of this year, your testimony will be Psalm 68:19 “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation”

Psalm 16:6 “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage”

God says I should say to you, yes you….pointing at you, Isaiah 3:10 “Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings”

It is well.

DECEMBER 2012 RCCG HOLY GHOST CONGRESS PRAYER POINTS

Prayer Points raised by Pastor E.A Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God during the Friday Service of the December Holy Ghost Congress tagged “Signs and Wonders”

1.      Praise God that you are able to make it for tonight

2.      Father, please perform a wonder in my body so that I will never be sick again

3.      Father, please perform a wonder in my marriage so that it becomes a model for others to copy

4.      Father, perform a wonder in my family so that we never know sorrow again

5.      Father, perform a wonder in my finances so that I will soon be lending to nations

6.      Father, anoint me so heavily that evil forces will see me coming and run

7.       Father, any evil left in this old year, keep it far from my home
8.       Any signs and wonders left in this year, send them to my home

Words are like eggs, once spoken or written can’t be taken back. Our choice of words can either make or mar a nation, relationship, faith, people e.t.c.  In short Words can make or mar any “NOUN” you can think of…...lol. Everyone should be mindful when, how and what we write at any point in time. 

2.      Write a 3-line poem/prose/anything on the topic “Blogging Frees Me”

Inhibited, I lashed out

A voice was all I wanted

Oh, liberation I found

3.     What year would you gladly re-live given the chance and why?

My best years are yet to come so I won’t be able to choose which past years I want to re-live. 

4.     Mums or much older sisters? Which of them do you think influence your decisions more? Why? (No excuses, improvise)

I will have to say my mum because I don’t have any sisters.

My mum wanted another female child so badly that when she was pregnant with her last baby, she believed God for a female child, but I told her she was stuck with me as her only girl. She gave birth to a boy and started looking at me with one kain eye.

5.     Choose between Peter Piper Picked a Peck of… and This is The Key of the Kingdom, In that Kingdom there is a city, in that city… Complete either of the two. No cheating!! By that I mean no one including uncle Google is to be consulted.
