SYKIK’S PRAYER

 

Dear God,

I ask that you have your way in my life. That you grant my heart desires, bless my husband and make my home fruitful. I ask that you bless the work of my hand and the fruit of my body.

May unending mercies locate me and cause me to testify of your wondrous works concerning all that pertains to me.

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart continually be acceptable to you, oh Lord.

May you cause the earth to yield its increase for my sake and may the windows of heaven be opened upon me and my household.

May my ways please you such that you will say of me, “Have you considered my daughter, Sykik? There is no one on earth like her; she is blameless and upright, a woman who fears God and shuns evil.” Job 1:8

PS: God, but I don’t want the type of temptation Job passed through oh…don’t think I might survive it…:)

PSS:  God, bless my readers and fellow bloggers so they can testify of your goodness and do “washing” for me and should they refuse to “wash” continue to harass them with blessings that cannot be hidden such that they will have no choice than to do thanksgiving and “wash” in the church.
